  • Naming from the Giants of the Plains

    During construction of camps in the Tangi area east of Murchison Falls National Park, the frequent visits of elephants inspired names like Elephant Camp and Bwana Tembo (“Sir Elephant” in Swahili), celebrating the region’s deep connection to wildlife.

  • Establishment of a Wild River Retreat

    A a safari base offering river views, open‑air terrain, and direct access to game drives and the Nile experiences, the area was attracting nature lovers eager to witness elephants, hippos, and birds in their natural habitat.

  • Safari Lodges Embrace Conservation & Comfort

Payments

All payments must be paid in full prior to arrival.

Cancellation Fees:
25% of the booking total for notice 31 – 14 days prior to arrival date
50% of the booking total cancellation fee 13 – 8 days prior to arrival date
75% of the booking total cancellation fee 7 – 4 days prior to arrival date
100% of the booking total for notice 3 days or less prior to arrival date
If no payment has been received 2 weeks in advance of your arrival your booking will be released and your rooms made available. We hope you understand that we cannot afford to lose bookings from no-shows as we only have limited rooms.
